Loop19

Privacy Policy

Effective November 8, 2026

This policy explains what Loop19 ("we") collects when you use the Loop19 app and website, why, and the choices you have. Loop19 is operated by Berba Advisory.

What we collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, health data or payment information.

How we use it

We do not sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps or websites.

Who can see it

Members of a crew can see that crew's members, rounds, scores and side games. Your email address is not shown to other players.

Service providers

We use providers to run Loop19, under their terms: Supabase (database, sign-in and hosting), Expo and Apple (delivering push notifications), and our email provider (sending sign-in codes). They process data only to provide these services to us.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while you have an account. You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Delete account. This removes your account, email address, display-name profile, crew memberships and push tokens. So that other players' scorecards still add up, scores you played in past rounds remain on those rounds under your name as a guest entry. Crews you own pass to another member. Server logs expire on our provider's schedule.

Children

Loop19 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Side games are for adults.

Your rights

You can access and correct your data in the app, and delete it as described above. For anything else, including a copy of your data, contact us.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
